Warwick Anime and Manga Society – Week 1, Term 2 Announcement
Welcome back @everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and binge watched tons of anime. We’ve got an exciting term ahead and look forward to seeing everyone again this Tuesday at our Main Series Vote!
Seasonal Anime Streams
Firstly, just a quick notice that we’re planning on doing simulcasts for first episode simulcasts for new seasonal anime over on the society Discord! Streams will begin around 7PM, starting tomorrow (Monday!). Anyone can watch – just make sure to sign up and join once it starts.

Main Series Vote
Its that time once again… A new term brings a new selection of main series candidates! For those joining for the first time – our main series showings are the primary event of the society. At 19:00 each Tuesday, we will gather in MS02 to watch three episodes of a term long series, chosen via majoritarian vote this week.
This week we will show the first episode of our nominated main series candidates, and then open up voting to decide which show we will continue watching. The four candidate shows are listed in the order they’ll be shown below. As a quick sidenote, Exec Choice will not take place this week, but will return in Week 2 due to voting.

All-Nighter
Our first All-Nighter of the term begins this Saturday in B2.04/05. The event will take place between 20:00 and 08:00 the following morning – feel free to drop out the event at any point! Throughout the night we will be watching a wide variety of OVAs, anime and movies, chosen and voted on by those in attendance. As such, we encourage people to bring their own anime to nominate either on a USB, external HDD or DVD/Blu-ray. Our opening show of the night will be Trigun - we will watch two episodes before opening up voting.
