We have some IMPORTANT news to share regarding our upcoming meal social to Jineson K-BBQ. Please read further if you have signed up. We apologise for the very short notice, but unfortunately due to unforeseen logistical issues on behalf of K-BBQ, we have had to cancel Wednesday’s meal social reservation.
What does this mean for the meal social?
Don’t worry, we’re still planning on holding a meal social, but we have decided to go back to the true and tested Shin Ramen instead. However, due to the short notice, and the fact Shin Ramen is fully booked on Wednesday, we have to move the meal social to Friday the 10th of December instead. Additionally, due to Shin Ramen staff shortages, we will have a maximum capacity of 30 people. Sign-ups will open on Saturday at 16:00 and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The plan will be the same as last time – we will meet at the Piazza steps at 18:00 or (for those meeting us there) 18:45-19:00 at Shin Ramen itself. Remember to bring CASH for payment to get a 10% discount, and to bring a £1 coin for group bus tickets.
